Position Title: Accounting Manager

Start Date: May

Pay: Starting at 20000 UA.

Shift: 1400−2300 (Kiev time)

Position Summary:

The Accounting Manager is a key role in the Accounting Department. The position includes a cooperation with our Chicago office and Analytics team to make sure that all documents are done properly and just in time.

Responsibilities:

• Controlling and double-checking all the processes of the Accounting Department
• Delegating tasks, teaching newcomers
• Work with spreadsheets and invoices
• Checking and uploading documents
• Requesting paperwork
• Sending reports about uploaded documents

Skills Required:

• The experience as an accountant not less than 2 years
• Ability to communicate effectively in English is a must (Upper intermediate/ Advanced level)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Outlook
• Ability to learn PCS and other company software
• Ability to understand and prioritize in stressful situations
• Be a problem solver and diffuse tense situations
• Ability to work independently
• Possess strong managerial and organizational skills
