We have huge expertise in these fields: Digital Marketing (Email-Marketing, Media Buying, Affiliate coordination) and Software development. Our clients include several large firms here in the USA, including working with promotions related to people like Bill O’Reilly (huge fox news personality), Newt Greenwich (former speaker of the House), and many other top USA companies.

Right now, we are looking for a versatile and highly-organized personal assistant for our CEO in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Making reservations for hotels/flights, etc.;

Arranging for transfers between airports, hotels, etc.;

Provide advance support and/or directly accompany the CEO on travel commitments as needed, including managing travel preparation;

Assist in the delivery, packing, and pick up of parcels, equipment, and materials to and from designated destinations.

Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively solve problems.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills;

Active listening and good communication skills;

Proactive approach to problem-solving;

Ability to multitask;

Strong time-management and organization skills;

Driving license;

Outstanding communication skills in English.
