Manager

We are looking for an Administrator to join the PIED-DE-POULE 

Type of employment: full-time, full-time

PIED-DE-POULE is an international beauty salon chain with a high quality service for

affordable money.

Address of the beauty salon: Ögretmenevlerı, 17. Cd.No:13, 07070 Antalya/Konyaalti

• The end result of your work will be:
• Correctly formed appointments with the salon masters (work with objections)
• Ensuring a Friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the salon for clients 
• Ensuring clients satisfaction so that they keep coming back.

Requirements: knowledge of English and Ukrainian, 2 years of experience as an administrator

Responsibilities:

• Know the full range of salon services and prices
• Come to work on time
• Morning preparation of the salon for work (checklist)
• Control the work of the cleaning stuff 
• Keep a record of clients (answering calls according to scripts)
• To be acknowledge the history of regular customers' visits and their preferences
• Work in the CRM system (proper coordination of clients and masters)
• Control of the work of beauty technicians 
• To be familiar with the beauty industry, keeping up to date with new products and techniques.
• Friendly, open and sincere attitude to each client
•  To be able to work in a team
• Learn the PIED-DE-POULE code and work in accordance with the regulations

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position from 2 years
• Knowledge of Ukrainian, Turkish and English languages
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Result orientation and high responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the team
• You are multitasking person and can do several things at the same time

Terms and conditions:

• Wage to be discussed at the interview
• annual bonuses for fulfilment of plans

Schedule:

2/2 schedule from 8.45 - 21.15 (the administrator comes earlier than any from the staff and leaves later than others )

You should also be able to work flexible hours, as late clients may require you to stay late on occasion
