Project Manager

Andersen, an international IT сompany, invites an experienced Project Manager to work on a project for a global consulting and technology company in the field of Healthcare. 

The project is the development of an intelligent platform for collecting data in real-time and digitalizing decentralized clinical trials and conventional care.

The customer is a startup belonging to an Italian medical company from the top 100 according to The Medical Futurist Institute. Its mission is to make clinical research and care smarter and more accessible to improve the quality of life for patients.

Responsibilities:

- Defining the scope, goals, and objectives of the project;

- Drawing up and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan;

- Forming and allocating the project resources;

- Preparing, forming, and managing the project budget;

- Monitoring the project stages and informing stakeholders about the project strategy, changes, and progress;

- Managing the project in accordance with the ISO standards of development and design;

- Proactively managing the project changes, identifying potential risks/crises, and creating risk response plans.

Must-haves:

- Experience in managing projects as a Project Manager for 4+ years;

- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments;

- Strong knowledge of project management software tools (particularly Atlassian), methodologies, and best practices;

- Experience in launching and working with projects from initiation to closing in accordance with their budgets, terms, and scopes;

- Experience in managing projects throughout the entire life cycle;

- Ability to solve problems with creativity;

- Excellent analytical and communication skills;

- Self-confidence, the ability to sensibly defend your point of view and timely escalate when necessary;

- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.
