Customer support representative for Car Rental Company

Premium Car Rental company looking for a Customer support representative.

It is a full time and remote job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

— Voice and text communications with customers.

— Update and organize our database.

— Verify the customer’s identity.

— Online sales.

Requirements:

— 18−25 y. o.

— Fluent English.

— Excellent customer service skills.

— Strong communication skills. Ability to interact with both internal and external customers at all levels.

— Problem solving and decision making skills.

— Proficient with various computer applications including social media and mobile applications.

— Desire to learn.

— Ability to multitask.

— Ready to work night shifts.

Time shifts:

2/2 shifts

6 pm — 6 am Kiev time
