Job description

General Description:

The Store Manager/Assistant Store Manger ensures the store provides the highest level of customer service possible and is responsible for achieving budgeted revenue goals and monitoring expenses.

Requirements:

Expected Years of Experience

4 -5 years' experience in a Retail environment with minimum 2 years' Supervisory experience

Extensive leadership, decision making, planning & organizing and relationship building skills.

Expected Educational Qualification

Minimum of High school certificate with fluency in spoken and written English and any other language

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team oriented environment

• Zeal and enthusiastic personality

• Ability to work under pressure and target driven environment

Work conditions: work in Zara Store as Sales representative

House Rent Allowance: Allowance provided by the company (included in Gross salary).

Transportation: Allowance provided by the company (included in Gross salary)

Commission: As per Company Policy (based on achieving target)

Medical Insurance: Provided by Company

Uniform: Provided by the Company

Over time: As per company rules

Working hours/days: 8 hours/Day, 6 Days a week

Period of Contract: 2 Years

Leave: 30 days/year

Joining Air Ticket: Provided by company

Return Air Ticket: Provided by Company (After Completion of 2 years)

Residential Permit: Provided by the company

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining store administration and Operations by initiating, coordinating, enforcing and ensuring compliance of Company’s policies and procedures
  • Promote and monitor quality of service among staff through training and by acting as a positive role model.
  • Be personally available to all customers to communicate, identify their needs and address their questions or concerns
  • Responsible to formulate the revenue, expense and profit goals for the store in conjunction with the Operations/Brand Manager
  • Ensure that goals will be met through appropriate planning and organization of staff, inventory, and expenses for short and long term success
  • Make staff aware of sales targets and take necessary action to lower expenses if sales targets are not being met.
  • Motivate employees regularly so that each person contributes to the productivity of the store and recognize outstanding performance and service.
  • Responsible for work schedules, break periods, work hours and vacations in an appropriate manner
  • Responsible for all staff disciplinary issues
