Product Manager

What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Easygenerator product team who is creative and innovative in problem-solving and the formulation of solutions. Preferably, it’s a person who has experience in getting insights from our customers, understanding their problems and challenges, building new solutions and improving existing ones.

What will you be doing?

Lead and own

• You’ll be the leader of your product area by owning outcomes.
• You’ll build to the product roadmap and critical metrics for your product area.

Prioritize and launch

• You’ll manage the roadmap: capture work from a wide range of inputs, understand and prioritize this work so your team is always working on the most impactful projects.
• You’ll scope solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship to customers as early as you can.

Collaborate and influence

• You’ll collaborate with design engineering teams to coordinate and communicate successful outcomes, product launches, and improvements.

• You’ll be a champion of Easygeneartor’s users, deeply understanding their contexts and workflows to create strategies and drive product priorities.

Analyze and research

• You’ll analyze user behavior and conduct research to identify trends within our target customer base and translate those insights into product features.
• You’ll constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in beta’s and after full release.

This role is also about innovation and creativity, so it will be up to you to push the boundaries and challenge the status quo.

What skills and experience do you need?

• 2+ years in product management within agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-focused approach to decision-making.
• Delivered UX/UI based product and have a strong design background; be able to think deeply about product design decisions and have an understanding of how to create simple user interfaces.

• Excellent communication skills. You have strong English language skills and can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation. You can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it’s time to listen.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, marketing, and data science.
• Background in the EdTech industry would be a bonus.
