Junior DevOps Engineer

Currently we are looking for Junior DevOps Engineer.

A few words about the project:

• the market we approach is constantly growing, so for the next 10−20 years the professionals will be in demand
• the challenging project with the dozens of thousands of unique visitors a day, about 100 million actions, and a huge database

Requirements:

• linux server administration (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS)
• understanding OSI and TCP / IP network models
• Nginx Web Server Administration
• experience with Docker and Docker-Compose
• experience with Git
• administration of relational Databases (preferably Mysql)
• understanding the principles of the CI / CD conceptions, Gitlab / Jenkins pipelines knowledges
• Bash, Python knowledges

Responsibilities:

• development and supporting assembly process, deploy and testing apps
• participation in the design and deployment of a new highly accessible geo-distributed infrastructure for our applications
• Team Workflow optimize
• participation in the design and implementation application monitoring systems
• writing documentation with changes in infrastructure
• continuous improvement of their skills and professional growth

Would be an advantage:

• AWS, GCP experience
• Kubernetes, Docker Swarm
• atlassian stack administration (inc. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), GitLab, Slack
• experience with monitoring systems, collecting metrics and logs
• experience supporting applications with: PHP, ReactJS, Laravel, Mysql stack of technology
• understanding and using GitOps concept principles

• competitive salary between $700 — $900
