Sales manager in West Africa

East West Trading Commodities Ltd — an investment and trading company focused on the development of trade-related projects in Eastern Europe and West Africa.

We will open a vacancy competition for a sales manager in West Africa.

Our perfect job seeker:

A man, 30−45 years old, with a high degree of self-organization and discipline, who is not afraid of problems, has leadership and management skills, thinks about long-term goals, is willing to work hard to achieve his goals (and I believe that you can achieve them) and company goals.

Key requirements:

• English on a good level is mandatory;
• At least two years sales experience;
• Experience abroad (even if it is not related to sales) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Promotion of the company’s products and the development of long-term customer relations;
• Customer search (processing incoming requests /calls, active search for clients, negotiations, conclusion of contracts);
• Customer base management;
• Merchandising;
• Organizing and conducting marketing activities (sampling, promotions, exhibitions, etc.);
• Weekly and monthly reporting;
• Accounting for goods, work with receivables.

Working conditions:

• Work shifts: Lagos, Nigeria 2.5 -3 months, Ukraine — 1 month;
• Office in Lagos, Nigeria;
• Accommodation in a private house, near the office;
• Remuneration: fixed rate + bonuses;
• The company pays for: visas, insurance, air tickets, travel expenses, meals.

Stages of the competition:

• Until May 15, you send a resume;
• From May 16 to 20, telephone interview;
• May 25−26 two-day interview-competition in the office in Kiev.
