AML Compliance Analyst

BlockLix is a blockchain security company focused on AML (Anti-Money Laundering) risk assessment for cryptocurrency wallets and transactions. We help businesses, exchanges, OTC desks, and individual users identify compliance risks by providing fast and reliable blockchain analysis.

As our platform continues to grow, we are looking for an AML Compliance Analyst to join our international team.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify cryptocurrency wallet AML reports generated by the platform.
• Analyze blockchain transactions across multiple networks to identify suspicious activity and risk indicators.
• Investigate wallet connections with sanctioned entities, darknet markets, mixers, fraud, scams, stolen funds, ransomware, and other high-risk sources.
• Prepare detailed compliance reports and explain findings to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Monitor unusual transaction patterns and assist in ongoing risk assessments.
• Support customers with AML-related questions and help them understand report results.
• Collaborate with the compliance and development teams to improve risk detection algorithms and reporting quality.
• Stay informed about the latest AML regulations, blockchain trends, and emerging financial crime techniques.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and compliance best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret blockchain transaction data and identify potential compliance risks.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Experience using blockchain explorers such as Etherscan, Tronscan, Blockchain.com Explorer, Solscan, or similar tools is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in crypto compliance, blockchain analytics, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience with blockchain intelligence platforms.
• Understanding of DeFi protocols, stablecoins, bridges, and cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Knowledge of common blockchain fraud schemes and money laundering typologies.
