📋 Employee Requirements

• Age up to 50 years old (older candidates only with warehouse experience)

• Readiness for physical work

• Responsibility and attentiveness

• Mobile phones are not allowed in the workplace

💰 Salary

• Rate: 26 PLN/hour net

• For students under 26 years old: 32 PLN/hour net

• Additional payment for own accommodation: +2 PLN/hour

• Bonuses: monthly bonus system from 100 to 1000 PLN (with no absences)

• Salary is paid to a bank account every month from the 20th to the 25th for the previous month

• Advance payment is possible after the first worked week

🕒 Work Schedule

• Main schedule: 8–10 hours per day, 5–6 days a week, 3 shifts. During sale periods — 2 shifts of 12 hours.

• 12-hour shifts: 06:00 – 18:00 and 18:00 – 06:00

• 8-hour shifts: 06:00 – 14:00, 10:00 – 18:00, 22:00 – 06:00

• Average monthly hours: 160–190, during sales periods: 230–260 hours

• Breaks: for 8-hour shifts — 1 break of 20 minutes, for 12-hour shifts — 40 minutes (1 long break or 2 breaks of 20 minutes)

• Employees may leave for the restroom when necessary

📅 Days Off

• Flexible schedule

• Days off may fall on weekends or weekdays

• During the season usually 6 working days / 1 day off

• Additional days off can be arranged if needed

📦 Job Responsibilities

The adaptation and training process lasts 10 working days. Training days cannot be missed; otherwise, the training process for the employee will be terminated.

Department assignment takes place during the first days of adaptation. Employees with previous experience in one of the departments may be assigned there.

📦 Main Processes:

• PICK — active movement around the warehouse, collecting orders using a scanner. Before starting work, the employee takes a scanner, receives a pick list (order), scans products, takes a warehouse cart, and starts collecting orders.

• PACK — computer-based work at a standing workstation. Packing orders according to company standards: selecting the correct box, filling with paper, properly folding clothes, etc.

🏢 Working Conditions

• Work in your own comfortable clothes and shoes

• Specialized safety shoes are required only for UDT operators, goods receiving staff, or employees working in those zones — according to BHP safety requirements

• There is a cafeteria on site with refrigerators, microwaves, and drink vending machines

• During sale periods, drinks are free

• Snack and light food vending machines are also available

🏠 Accommodation

• Comfortable accommodation is provided

• Cost: 600 PLN/month (deducted from salary)

🚌 Free Transportation to Work

The company bus picks up employees from the following stops:

• NOSPR Katowice

• Silesia City Center

• Wełnowiec / Roździeńskiego

• Dąbrówka Mała Skrzyżowanie

• Sosnowiec – Dworzec PKP

• Psary Kościół

📌 Additional Information

• Medical examination — 150 PLN (deducted from salary only if the employee works less than 3 months)

• Work uniform (shoes, pants, vest) — 300 PLN (deducted from salary only if the employee works less than 3 months)
