MANAGER

An international consulting and financial company is looking for Russian-speaking specialists to join our team as a Client Registration & Onboarding Manager. The main objective of this role is to facilitate interactions with new users, assist them during online registration processes, and ensure data accuracy for the company’s internal workflows. You will work with provided tools and templates, as well as help attract new participants to register on partner digital platforms.

This is a fully remote position, ideal for individuals looking to grow in an international environment, who are well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. All team members receive training under the guidance of experienced mentors, access to corporate materials, skill development programs, and internal career growth opportunities. As you gain experience, you can advance to senior positions or transfer to related departments (project management, communications, or finance).

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for and onboard new users, primarily citizens of the EU.
• Work collaboratively within a Russian-speaking team.
• Assist clients at all stages of registration and verification on partner online platforms.
• Handle objections and build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Ensure a high level of communication and guide clients until their registration is successfully completed.

Requirements:

• Fluent Russian language skills.
