Production Worker

Job opening: Production worker at Pekabex plant (Poznan, Poland)

Pekabex Poznań is a leader in the production of reinforced concrete structures in Poland. We create modern concrete elements for residential, commercial and infrastructure projects throughout Europe.

We invite 30 men aged 18 to 50 (older candidates can also be hired) for a stable and well-paid job. Experience will be an advantage, but we are ready to train from scratch!

What you will do

Preparation and installation of reinforcement cages (bending, cutting, assembly of metal parts).

Pouring concrete into molds and quality control of finished elements.

Mechanical and welding work with metal parts of structures.

Work according to drawings and process diagrams.

Dismantling of molds after concrete has hardened.

Compliance with safety regulations and use of special clothing.

We offer

High rate:

27 PLN/hour net

Many hours — 200–300 per month, 5–6 working days per week.

Convenient schedule depending on the department:

4:00–12:00

16:00–24:00

16:00 — until the end of the shift

8:00 — standard day

Housing near the plant:

rent 500 PLN/month or 250 PLN/month (if you have your own housing, the amount is included in the salary).

Modern, warm workshop with new equipment (noise and dust are possible — we provide protection).

Work clothes and shoes with a metal toe — free of charge.

Spoken languages: Russian, English.

Requirements for the candidate

Men 18-50 years old (older is possible).

Experience in manufacturing, construction or metalworking is desirable, but we are ready to teach.

Responsibility, attentiveness and desire to learn new things.

Readiness to work in a team.
