Restaurant waiter for cruise liner

Requirements:

• good knowledge of English and German;
• experince of work as waiter/waitress at least half a year;
• (experience of working on cruise ship is not obligatory).

Duties:

• implementing requirements in the respective area of responsibility;
• maintaining cleanliness of the entrusted serving equipment;
• acquirement of required expertise about all products and processes in the restaurant;
• properly serving food and beverages as per AIDA standarts;
• having detail knowledge of food and beverage options;
• professional fullfilling passengers' wishes and independent approaching of customers with sales suggestions;
• independent taking of orders, serving guests and guarantee of orderly billing;
• cooperation with all restaurant and bar staff to ensure restaurant runs smoothly;
• training of new restaurant staff and junior stewards;
• assistance in fulfilling non-food orders;
• taking of reservations.

Work conditions:

• contract duration 6 months;
• all costs are at the expence of company (flights, accomodation, food, medical insurance, uniform);
• assistance in document processing.
