Project Coordinator / Junior Consultant

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (with frequent international travel)

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and internationally-minded team player to join our growing team.

As a Project Coordinator / Junior Consultant, you’ll support the coordination and implementation of international development projects, particularly in the financial sector, with opportunities to contribute directly to technical assignments — especially those financed by the European Investment Bank (EIB).

If you’re a student or a recent graduate with a master’s degree in finance or banking, and your English is at B2 level or higher, but you lack work experience — no problem! We’re open to considering your application.

Key Responsibilities

A. Project Coordination

• Support project planning, scheduling, and budget tracking;
• Coordinate with international and regional consultants and stakeholders;
• Monitor project implementation and report regularly to management;
• Organize and participate in project meetings (online and on-site);
• Prepare project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes;
• Ensure timely task completion and quality deliverables.

B. Project Development / Business Analytics / Research

• Conduct data analysis to support strategic decisions;
• Assist in tender-related tasks (market research, EOIs, pre-qualifications);
• Support proposal development and acquisition processes;
• Perform thorough desk research and participate in meetings to gather insights.

C. Technical Contribution as Junior Consultant

• Work on ongoing projects (preferably EIB-funded), following Terms of Reference (ToR) as agreed with the client and project team leader;
• Provide research and analytical inputs as needed by project teams.

Your Profile

• Education: Master’s degree in Economics or Banking / expect to graduate soon;
• Experience: Prior experience in project coordination, international development, or consultancy is an advantage;
• Languages: English – professional working proficiency (B2 or higher);
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work in multicultural teams and under tight deadlines.
