WE OFFER:

• Official Contract & Granted Relocation to Pardubice, Czech Republic

SKILLS:

• German (B2)
• Flexible, open-minded personality with «can do» attitude
• Willingness to work in an international call center
• Desire to learn — no background required (our training will provide all the necessary knowledge)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support incoming calls (not sales) from customers of world’s largest online retailer
• Act as the first point of contact for the customers from Germany and Austria
• Keep the customer informed about ongoing cases
• Operate a CRM system where checks current information according to the order
• Working hours: 6 am — 2 pm, or 1 pm — 9 pm
