German-speaking Customer Success Representative

WE OFFER

• Official Contract and granted relocation to Budapest, Hungary

• You will get reimbursed for the following relocation costs based on the actual amount stated on the invoice up to maximum limit of € 1700 gross: Packaging & transportation € 800, Flight ticket for yourself € 400, 2 weeks apartment or one studio room or hotel room € 500
• Base salary: $1080+ after the taxes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Oral and spoken German B2-C1 and English B2
• Flexible, open-minded personality with «can do» attitude
• Desire to learn — no IT background required (because our training will provide the necessary tech knowledge)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle end-user calls and web queries
• Act as the first point of contact for the customer
• Precise administration
• Act as primary contact between a customer and resolving tech group
• Keep the user informed, own and follow up ongoing cases
