We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join our Russian-speaking team. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing outsourced marketing team, as well as expertise in digital marketing and lead generation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing overall sales and performance marketing activities that include all digital activities across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Yandex Direct, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok and etc.

- Preparing marketing plans, budgeting, and campaign strategies and implementing them to achieve the proposed goals

- Responsible to select, to direct and manage external agencies; prepare briefs and performance reports when required

- Social Media Management: Content plan, copywriting, daily updates, and managing

pages as well as the brand image online.

- Content Management: Collaborate with Directors and Brokers to manage the content

of new projects and campaigns and provide relevant information to the Graphic Designer, Marketing team for Paid Ads.

- Collaboration with Digital Team to maintain an effective, lead-generative website as well as daily updates.

- CRM: Optimizing the CRM tools and reporting. Monitor the inflow of leads on a daily basis and be able to implement strategies to enhance lead quality

- Staying in touch with Developer's representatives and update Projects' information in internal project database in order to create any updates in all Social media platforms and updating Marketing collaterals.

- Attend property events and exhibitions.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing

- Fluent in English written and verbal

- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills

- Ability to plan and manage budgets

Salary: 1250 USD + benefits as per UAE Law
