QUALIFICATIONS

• You are advanced in German (B2-C1)
• For corporate communication English (B2)
• Desire to learn — no IT background required (because our training will provide the necessary tech knowledge)
• Excellent communication skills — both written and spoken
• Flexible, open-minded personality with «can do» attitude
• Open to work in shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle end user calls and web queries
• Act as the first point of contact for the customer
• Precise administration
• Act as primary contact between customer and resolving tech group
• Keep the user informed, own and follow up ongoing cases
