Now the company has opened a contest for a unique position: SENIOR HR GENERALIST in Chisinau, Moldova.

Ø Key requirements for the candidate:

-      Upper Intermediate level of English or higher

-      Confident knowledge of personnel legislation in Moldova

-      Knowledge of HR processes and experience in their implementation

-      Excellent skills of self-management

Ø Responsibilities

-      Conducting onboarding and exit interview

-      Keeping a full cycle of personnel records (hirings, transfers, terminations) and to control such work performed by junior colleagues.

-      Prepares HR documents: employment contracts, orders, insurance reports, pension reports.

-      Keeps records on employees vacations, leaves, compensation and cooperate with payroll

-      Prepares reports for internal managers and for external state control authority

-      Takes part in the development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and Payroll systems (Workday, 1C)

-      Communicates with the state authorities
