Amazon Customer Service Manager (Support, English)

Israel company in E-COMMERS marketing is expanding its staff. The aim of the company is to promote high-quality goods in the market, to develop and improve services.

We have opened the vacancy for: Amazon Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities to be fulfilled: On-line processing of customers' incoming letters 7 days a week, working on feedback and reviews on product pages.

You will fit in if you:

• have some experience in Customer service (Amazon Customers Support, par excellence);
• have experience as a Call Center Representative;
• have Advanced English and higher;
• are self-organized, that is, you can manage the time of a workday/week/month;
• are ready to perform tasks qualitatively and responsibly (we are looking for a person who will become a part of the company, but not only its employee);

• are initiative, that is, not only are you ready to perform tasks set, but can also put forward your own ideas;
• want and can work remotely;
• are ready to answer messages on-line (Mon-Fr, 8 hours a day, Sat-Sun — 1−2 hour);
• can work in the afternoon;
• are ready work on Saturday and Sunday (not more than 2 hour);
• are ready to study, that is, you will be interested in doing new courses in your field and raising your competences;

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming messages in Seller central.
• Daily answer customers' questions on Amazon product pages (except for Saturday and Sunday)
• Daily work on feedback and reviews on product pages (except for Saturday and Sunday)
• Responsibility for conducting market research and editing the data for graphs.
• Answer clients calls — in the future.
