Job Description

• Excelant experience with luxury villas and palaces interior design
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
• Set costs and project fees according to budget
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Produce «sample» and «mood products»
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises

• Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modelling data, as specified within projects and realizing those designs as compelling imagery.
• Development of a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs and applications.
• Efficient modelling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling packages.
• 2D and 3D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D renderings.

Skills

• Interior design Diploma from a recognized and accredited Institution.
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
• Must be an expert in use of software: 3Ds Max /Corona / Vray / AutoCAD /, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and any other graphic or rendering software.
