QA lead

ISM Ukraine is the Ukrainian division of the Dutch company ISM eGroup founded in 1992. We develop solutions in the areas of e-commerce and e-learning for customers from Europe and the US.

We are looking for QA lead for one of our team.

Easygenerator < http://www.easygenerator.com > provides award-winning, cloud-based eLearning authoring software used by enterprises such as Zanussi, Electrolux, Siemens and De’Longhi to scale knowledge sharing among the workforce. It’s a SaaS that enables subject matter experts to rapidly create the most engaging courses that have the highest learning impact.

Job Description

• Lead the team of professionals
• Manage the automation testing process
• Requirements analysis and testing
• Testing documentation creation and maintenance
• Work closely with the customer support team and other internal teams to investigate incidents and drive resolution when necessary
• Continuously learn new tools, approaches and frameworks

Required skills:

• Strong knowledge of testing theory and software development models
• Experience with performance and/or security testing
• Knowledge and practical experience with DBS (SQL and NoSQL — MongoDB)
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Result-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with SaaS
• Hands-on experience with End-to-End testing
• JavaScript, Jenkins, JIRA, GIT, knowledge
