Recruitment specialist (recruiter) (Yerevan)

Media Live, a high-quality video content production company, is looking for a recruiter (personnel selection specialist).

Job responsibilities:

 • Interaction with HR to identify the main requirements for candidates and details of the position profile.

 • Posting of company vacancies on foreign and local labor exchanges and other personnel search platforms.

 • Using various recruiting tools to find appropriate personnel for the company and developing a recruitment strategy.

 • Attracting candidates for open vacancies.

 • Primary filtering of received applications from potential candidates.

 • Collecting a database of resumes that match the description of the available vacancy.

 • Job offer to potential candidates (according to pre-prepared scripts).

 • Sending candidates all information materials to familiarize themselves with the vacancy and subsequent support on all questions that arise.

 • If the candidates meet the company's criteria, a casting appointment (online or offline) and transfer of information to HR.

 • Providing HR with a certain number of candidates monthly (from 30 to 50 people).

 • Preparation of monthly reports (on monthly strategy, number of cold applications for vacancies, number of qualified candidates and number of candidates transferred to the casting/interview stage).

 • Preparation of strategy for the next month.

Requirements:

 • Experience in the field of personnel selection.

 • Availability of clear tools for personnel search.

 • Possession of skills in searching for candidates using various methods (Internet, direct search, searching through a network of contacts and recommendations).

 • Possession of interviewing and negotiation skills.

 • Knowledge of Russian and English languages.

 • Stress resistance, ability to work with large amounts of information and good communication skills.
